memekit is a meme maker with no account signup. Everything you create is processed in your browser; images are never uploaded to or stored on our servers.

Payments for the Pro plan go through Stripe. Card details never touch our servers — we only keep the order ID, amount, timestamp and outcome that Stripe reports, plus the subscription status (active, cancelled and so on).

To investigate abuse and outages, our servers keep request logs (IP address, time, requested path, and user agent).

Retention: request logs are kept for 90 days; payment records (order ID, amount, outcome) are kept for 5 years to handle refunds and statutory bookkeeping, then deleted. Your exported images live only on your device and are never stored by us.

To request access to or deletion of the payment records we hold, contact us via the address listed on the legal notice page. We respond promptly except where a retention period is required by law.
